* We use USPS Priority Mail for the fastest and most economical shipping.
* Plants are shipped out early in the week to ensure delivery that week without a weekend hold at the post office.
* Orders received mid to late week will be shipped out early the next week.
* We pack and ship the same day to keep the plant’s time in the box to a minimum.
* Transit time from the shipping date is anywhere between 1 to 3 days.
* Each plant is packed and shipped seperately- we have a specific packing system to protect and secure each plant as much as possible. In order to do this, each plant requires its own box – we cannot combine shipping.
* We select the biggest and healthiest plant we have in stock to fill your order. Plant photos are examples of what to expect, but not always the exact same plant as the photo.
* Bare rooted rhizomes are cut to order and we try to include some new growing shoots if they can fit inside the box. Longer stems will be cut back to fit inside the box while including as much plant material as possible.
* We do everything in our power to ensure that you receive a beautiful plant. However, shipping is a process and we cannot guarantee that each existing leaf will be in 100% perfect condition upon arrival. These are live plants and they may get a crease, tear or spot from the shipping process- we do what we can to avoid it, but it can happen. This does not effect the health of the plant, however, and new perfect leaves will soon grow on. We cannot accept returns for bent/torn leaves or spots here and there on otherwise healthy specimens. Please give them some time to grow new leaves if this occurs

* Certain states may receive their plants bare rooted and wrapped in moist paper in the pot rather than in a peat/perlite mix.
