One healthy Live Plant of Heliconia rostrata – shipped in a 4″ square tree pot.
Multicolored hanging pendant blooms up to 24″ long. Stalks grow 5 to 8 feet tall. Blooms last months on the plant or up to 10 days when cut.
Prefers bright part sun to full sun, a rich well draining soil and plenty of food in the growing season. Can grow and bloom in a pot. Can be taken indoors and grown near a sunny window over the winter if need be.
Large leaves may be folded or trimmed to fit in box, and will resume growing at destination.
